Before/After School Programs
BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM
- The Before School program is open from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Transportation is available by the Almost Home busses or by the public school bus for children who attend Scotland Elementary School .
- Morning activities can include playing in the classroom, finishing up homework, having breakfast (which must be brought from home), playing games, using the computers, reading, or just relaxing before beginning a busy day.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
- The After School Program is open from 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Snack is provided.
- Outdoor Play
- Homework Time
- Classroom activities include: games, crafts, computers, art, cooking, sports, and hanging out with friends.
PUBLIC SCHOOL VACATION WEEKS, SNOW DAYS, HOLIDAYS
- Almost Home offers full day programs during public school vacation days, holidays and snow days, unless Almost Home is also closed for one of these reasons.
- Full Day programs include field trips, theme days, sports, cooking, etc.
- Field trips may include trips to the movies, ice skating, mini golf, playgrounds, bowling, in-house special guests and presentations.
